Hare today, Gone Tomorrow!

Actually it was on Friday, when I was out walking!

This is the hare I met near Coddington Equestrian Centre. They really are much bigger than you think, sat upright this character was the height of a medium size dog! It was also quite happy to sit there with me about twenty-five metres away, and when it did lope off when I took a few cautious steps, it was in no panic.

It must have known I had no thought of jugging it!

  9. Si, these photographs have made my day. Hares are my favourite animal and I collect statue, paintings and cards with them on. Brilliant.

  12. Fantastic...you lucky thing! I had the great delight of visiting my friend up in Aldbrough, East Yorkshire and on our walk around the fields we saw many hares, they are beautiful creatures and as you say much bigger than you would think.
