I think the pink flowers are red campion. The yellow flowers look like creeping buttercup.

Simon Douglas Thompson: Nature, by cycling, running, walking, musket and sextant! I'm a 41 year old runner, cyclist, and amateur astronomer and naturalist who enjoys writing about, and sometimes photographing a local environment in easy reach of everyone.
