I don't know, maybe people do buy the odd bit of it, maybe there's parts on some of the bits of kit you can't buy anymore.Simon Douglas Thompsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16331409652996600049noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8236217526656012168.post-55574832506576809442016-03-08T01:58:26.250-08:002016-03-08T01:58:26.250-08:00Great if 'vintage' machinery floats your b...Great if 'vintage' machinery floats your boat though it doesn't float mine!:-) There used to be a business not far from me that had a similar 'set up' of mostly tools, garden tools, home items even bits of tape, string, cottons and any other item/object that would come in 'andy someday'! It was the place to go for the odd or unusual item that shops would probably never keep in stock! It was mostly hidden from the road so you had to go and visit the business to mooch around! Aladdins caves and maybe rare these days!Pamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07363526036551313101noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8236217526656012168.post-43844658989064690492016-03-08T00:10:22.149-08:002016-03-08T00:10:22.149-08:00What a fascinating place and full of a real mixtur...What a fascinating place and full of a real mixture of 'vintage' machinery and actually pretty modern stuff as well. For small-holders and hobby farmers these sort of scarp yards can be a place to grab bargains if you know what to look for. My father would certainly have been interested in the reversible plough when we had the farm!

Hope you are well :-)Grosmontinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15021561871348219451noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8236217526656012168.post-67733260295941079152016-03-07T14:21:06.739-08:002016-03-07T14:21:06.739-08:00I would have loved looking round here...
